How to Make Soft & Nutritious Chapattis

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 cup (120 g) SugarGuard Flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon oil or ghee (optional)

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) lukewarm water

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.

  2. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead into a smooth, slightly thick batter (thicker than pancake batter, thinner than dough).

  3. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Heat a nonstick pan/griddle over medium flame.

  5. Lightly grease the surface if needed.

  6. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently into a round chapatti (like a pancake).

  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden spots appear.

  8. Flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes.

  9. Remove and serve warm with your favorite curry or vegetables.
